Bo is the Managing Director. He also handles traffic managing tasks and customer relations. He has been CEO of Hanko Logistics since 2011. Before that, Bo was a freight forwarder, operations manager and regional director for the freight forwarding company Victor Ek.

Kim works as a traffic manager and can also substitute as a driver for the company's own trucks when needed. He has been with Hanko Logistics since 2023. Kim's previous experience in the transport industry includes positions as a warehouse worker and forklift driver as well as a vehicle combination driver and traffic manager at, among others, Transport K. Grahn, Kuljetus Poutiainen and the forwarding company Uuttera.

Hanna mainly handles invoicing and administrative tasks, but also helps with traffic management. Hanna joined Hanko Logistics in 2017 after previously working as a bank clerk, purchaser, materials manager and customer advisor at SYP, Fundia, Helkama Kaapeli, Mannerin Konepaja and Ekenäs Energi.
